Interview Guide for Staff: Developed by our team using the RE-AIM framework, this tool can be used to evaluate program adoption from the perspective of program deliverers.

PrEP Pre-Training Survey: Developed by our team, this tool was used to assess the knowledge, experience, and abilities of PCPs to provide PrEP before the implementation of our online training module. If you are implementing the PrEP module, this survey can be paired with the post-training survey to evaluate its impact.
